Michael P. Wauhob, Principal – is a licensed architect and a licensed general contractor. Michael is a past vice president of the California Society of the American Institute of Building Design, a member of the International Code Council, and is active in several local chambers of commerce.
Mike Quick has been our Senior Project Manager since 1983. He is a member of the American Institute of Building Design and the International Code Council. Mr. Quick is the direct supervisor over both the residential and commercial teams. Mike has brought literally thousands of projects to successful completion.
Carrie Oliver has been our project coordinator since 2004. She is primarily responsible for preparation and assembly of all submittal requirements regarding variances, CUP’s, CalGreen documentation, etc. For her this is the tip of the iceberg and she will always be available to you as your main point of contact.
Tammie K. Wauhob has been our office manager since 1990. She was drafted into service and is now indispensable. She is responsible for all receivables/payables and a million other things that make a firm run smoothly.
These people, in conjunction with other key employees and various consultants, bring together the ability to design and produce construction documents in a timely and cost-effective manner.
We tailor our services and design solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Experience has given us the ability to make the most of project limitations. Regulatory, budget, and site constraints often lead to our most imaginative solutions.
