Commercial Projects

Commercial and light industrial projects require a great deal of time, expense, and commitment from the client.

To that end, we are also committed to relieving the pressure at every opportunity.

The entitlement process alone can take months and can entail conditional use permits, variances, design review committees, preliminary grading and drainage studies not to mention other studies including those regarding archeological findings, indigenous plants and animals, traffic, and sound. Any and all of these (and possibly more) can be required depending on the type and location of the commercial project.

As your architectural firm, we will administer and process all necessary requirements to obtain your entitlements. On the backside, we will assist with all submittals and help you navigate the onerous governmental red tape.

We do what we do best so that you can do what you do best!
